If you ever find cable within your financial range, all three of the shows you mention are in syndication: Buffy on FX, Angel on TNT, DS9 on Spike. Of course, they're cut for syndication, in some cases badly (and I mean in quality, not in length - some very nice bits are missing from some episodes), but most of the goodness remains.

For that matter, I could lend you the DVDs of Buffy or Angel (and point out which eps are must-see and which deserve skipping). If that sounds appealing, e-mail me. (It probably wouldn't be possible until next month, though.)
