Thanks, but that won't do quite what I want. I want all of my keywords in the same list, and I want the tree(s) to be of arbitrary depth (so, for instance, under "USA" there might be "California", and under "California", "Los Angeles", and so on).

I think I've figured out a way around the problem; it's a little kludgy, but it ought to work.
