Well, I finally got around to buying a WorldCon membership. I had a devil of a time getting a hotel room; I finally gave up on getting the convention discount and reserved a room at the Westin Tabor at standard rates. Wotthehell, I can afford it.

Who else on my FL is going?

I'd had sort of half-formed plans to go, but time got away from me and, as you point out, at this late date finding lodgings is something of an issue. So I guess not. *sigh*
