I remain bemused by the fact that Peru's presidential runoff this year was a showdown between candidates named Fujimori and Kuczynski.

(Kuczynski won, in an upset.)

The strip for July 11, 2016 announces the end of Chapter One. (It also includes a promise that Chapter Two won't take eighteen years.)

(To be fair, the strip has now wrapped up a problem that has been implicit from the beginning and growing in importance for several real-time years. The gap between real-time and strip-time is also notoriously wide for this comic.)
